Thank you for your interest in establishing a Corporate Account with The Medical Supply Group!

Our Corporate Account program is designed for institutions utilizing purchase orders to requisition goods;  including school districts, universities, hospitals, private practices, rehabilitation facilities and government facilities. We negotiate bulk pricing from a large number of suppliers and are able to pass these discounts onto to the customer. Our Corporate Account program offers net 30 terms and invoicing for your convenience.

Here are a few examples of types of institutions that we serve, and some of their commonly requested items:

Schools and Universities:

First aid products including all dressings, Band-Aids, gauze, dressings, splints, nutritional requirements, fitness and exercise items, dietary products and much more.

Physician offices:

Exam gloves, fine quality surgical instruments, stethoscopes, scales, furniture, table paper, gauze, dressings, tape, sharps containers, sponges, wedges, splints and more.

Nursing homes and Assisted Living Centers:

Bath and Shower chairs, patient transfer boards, transfer slings, dietary supplements, grab bars, bedside commodes, bed rails, over bed tables, adaptive eating utensils and incontinence supplies. Cutlery for Parkinson’s patients

Hospitals:

Of course, any of the items on our site can be purchased through a Corporate Account  and we are happy to quote other products or sizes not found on our website. Conveniently submit your purchase orders via fax or email and we will take care of ther rest! Most products ship within 24 business hours, and there is no order minimum.


To Apply for a Corporate Account:

 

  • Please contact us via telephone 1-800-278-0227 (Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm EST) or via email: info@medicalsupplygroup.com to obtain an application. 
  • Please fax completed application to to our corporate office via the following fax number: 1-800-964-9901 or email to info@medicalsupplygroup.com for review. 
  • Information provided within the application will be verified for validity and accuracy and a representative will be in contact once we have completed the process.
  • All Corporate Accounts granted by Medical Supply Group will be subject to the terms and conditions specified within the application. Please fill out all fields completely. To establish credit, Medical Supply Group requires first order requests to be paid in advance of shipment via check, money order or credit card.
