Return Policy

All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee as mandated by the manufacturer(s) and must be requested within 30 days of date of delivery of goods. All returns must be unopened and in resalable conditions and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original packing and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers, or with crushed packaging will not be accepted.

Medical Supply Group will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error, due to incorrect product information listed on our website. If order was placed and the return items in question were due to customer's error, Medical Supply Group will not refund the initial shipping charges. Additional shipping charges for exchanges will apply.

As all items are shipped from the manufacturer, products purchased from Medical Supply Group are subject to manufacturer policies, terms, conditions and warranties. Medical Supply Group will not be held responsible for any restocking fees assessed by manufacturers on returned items.

Due to health and safety regulations, products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are non-returnable. Products that come in contact with the body; are single use items or are not individually wrapped will be non-returnable.

All refunds are subject to review.
  • Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns.
  • If for any reason, a manufacturer will not authorize a return on goods purchased, Medical Supply Group will not be able to issue a refund
  • To obtain an RA number please call us at toll free 1-800-278-0227, 8:30AM-5:00PM EST, Monday through Friday.
  • RA numbers are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.
  • A return without an RA number will not be accepted.

Delivery

Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day (subject to stock availability). Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Sterile, special and or custom orders may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please call us if you have any questions about your order or shipping timeframe. All shipments are discretely and safely packaged.

Payment

For your convenience we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. You can also pay by Certified Check or Money Order. Please send your payment to the address above. Please note that it make take 5-7 business days for your check to clear before the order is shipped. Payments by check that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 penalty fee.

Purchase Order Accounts

Please call 1-800-278-0227 to set up your Purchase Order Account with Medical Supply Group. In order to establish a credit history with us, the first order is always paid for by Credit or Debit Card, Certified Check or Money Order. This also allows us time to send you a credit application, which you will need to fill out and return to us. Restrictions may apply to Purchase Order accounts.

Private Insurance & Medicare Reimbursements

In order to bring you the absolute lowest everyday prices, we do not file insurance claims on your behalf. We are a direct, self-pay retailer and can not assist with insurance reimbursement, please contact your insurance company directly for information regarding products covered.

Sales Tax

Georgia shipments: 6.00% GA State sales tax will be applied to all taxable merchandise and shipping costs.

Medical Supply Group will honor all applicable manufacturer warranties. Please call us at 1-800-278-0227 or e-mail us for a Return Authorization (RA#). In the case of defective or broken components, return only the component.
