Afex®Urinary incontinence management system is a cost effective system that allows  men to manage urinary incontinence in a discreet and comfortable way without wearing adult diapers, condom catheters, and other devices for men experiencing moderate to severe stress and mixed male incontinence.

Afex® management system for Daytime with a High- Style receptacle is for active men who are on the move! It is suitable for men who work predominately standing, play sports or men who live an active lifestyle.

The Afex® system functions by allowing the boxer-briefs to discreetly and securely hold a plastic ergonomic curved receptacle inside a front pocket that channels urine into a 500ml reusable collection bag. No tubes or straps are required – just attach the bag directly to the receptacle through the briefs for hours of use without maintenance or changing.
The kit can also be adapted for the Night with the addition of the  Nighttime Extension Tubing and a Bedside Bag.
The high style receptacle is also recommended for bed time use provided the patient has the required penis length of one inch or more. The receptacle is designed with a double wall to prevent urine back flow and prevent skin rash. It is latex, adhesive and pressure free.

• Extension Tubing - With a Colder Push-n-Lock connector for rapid disconnect with auto-shutoff to prevent dripping when not connected to the bag. Includes a comfortable leg pad for long term wear.

Afex® is not recommended if you have a retracted penis, a penis length of 2 inches or less or a  rigid penile implant.
