Description
Sklar's® Lebsche Sternum Chisel is used in procedures that require splitting the sternum. Often a mallet is used in conjunction with the chisel so that more force can be applied in the process. Splitting the sternum may be required in planned cardiovascular or thoracic procedures or emergency situations. The overall length of this instrument is 10 inches.
